These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PipeDraft Studio app on Google Play and the Flowline Pro app on the Apple App Store (together, "the App"). The App is developed and published by Sector3Software, Ontario, Canada. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
- You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for verifying all designs before installation or construction use.
Intellectual property
The App's software, branding, and content are owned by Sector3Software and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
Subscription and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase and may be updated with notice.
Third-party services
The App relies on third-party service providers to operate. This includes PostHog, which we use for product analytics to understand app usage and improve the app. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sector3Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from app use.
